Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Yvette Hartridge Photography (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using this website www.yvettehartridgephoto.com (the “Site”), booking a session, purchasing services, or otherwise engaging with our content, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

We provide photography services as described on our Site. All services are subject to availability and acceptance of your booking request. We reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion.

2. Booking & Payment

  • A non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure your session date. The remaining balance is due as stated in your contract or invoice.

  • Failure to pay by the due date may result in cancellation of your session.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice but confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed rate.

 
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Retainer fees are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations must be made in writing. Depending on the timing, partial refunds may be offered per your signed contract.

  • We allow one complimentary reschedule with at least 7 days’ notice. Additional reschedules may incur a fee.

  • In the event of severe weather, illness, or other force majeure, we will work with you to find a new date.

 
4. Image Delivery

  • A proof gallery of lightly edited images will be delivered digitally within 14 days of your session.

  • Your final digital images, selected according to your package, will be delivered via an online gallery within 7 days of your selection.

  • Additional digital images beyond your package can be purchased at the current rate.

  • If you have ordered printed products such as wall art, albums, or other tangible items, production will begin once you approve the final images and layouts. Physical products will be ready for studio pick-up or shipped to your address, as agreed at booking.

  • Delivery for physical products typically takes 2–4 weeks after final approval and payment.

  • We carefully package all orders, but please inspect your items promptly upon receipt. If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us in writing within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the damage. We will work with you to repair or replace the item as quickly as possible.

  • RAW files are not included or available for purchase.

 
5. Copyright & Usage

  • All images remain the copyright of Yvette Hartridge Photography, LLC.

  • Clients receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use images for personal, business, and promotional use as described in your contract.

  • Images may not be sold or edited beyond minor cropping or resizing without written permission.

  • We reserve the right to use images for our portfolio, website, social media, and marketing unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 
6. Client Cooperation

You agree to cooperate and follow reasonable instructions during your session. We are not responsible for outcomes due to lack of cooperation, tardiness, or missed shots resulting from client actions.

 
7. Website Content

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images — is the property of Yvette Hartridge Photography, LLC and protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without permission.

 
8. Liability

While we take great care to deliver high-quality work, in no event shall Yvette Hartridge Photography, LLC be liable for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the booked session.

 
9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

 
10. Texas Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Bexar County, Texas.

 
11. Updates

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page. Please check back periodically.
